This is the third session of our Best Practice in Governance learning programme. Although it is recommended that you attend these sessions as part of a sequential series of training, it is not essential.
This session is designed for existing trustees of organisations in Cumbria.
Whether you are a long-serving trustee or new to the role, this interactive and informative session will help you to:
- Gain clarity on your strategic direction by analysing your current approach and identifying priority areas for growth.
- Empower your board with proven tools and techniques to strengthen governance and decision-making.
- Reflect, reset, and reimagine your board’s potential—unlock the step change needed to move confidently into your next phase.
We advise that at least 2 members of the same board attend the session so they can do the group work together to maximize value, but this is not compulsory. This will be a practical, online session to help improve your knowledge and understanding of governance for a small charity.
