The agenda of the meeting is:

Inclusive Volunteering: Focus on Refugees and Asylum Seekers 

There will also be an opportunity for other Volunteer Managers to share updates and any issues relating to volunteers and volunteering in Cumbria.

Tea and coffee will be available/registration from 9.45am, the meeting starting promptly at 10am. The meeting will close at 12.30pm where the CVS Team will be staying for informal networking over lunch. Please bring your own lunch should you wish to join the CVS Team or other Volunteer Managers until 1pm.

This event is funded through UKSPF-Westmorland and Furness Council and through the Bedrock Basics Programme funded by Sellafield Ltd and managed by Cumbria Community Foundation.

Eligibility Statement:
This event is exclusively for individuals and organizations within the voluntary sector in Cumbria, this includes charities, community groups, community interest companies, friendly societies, social clubs, many sports clubs, churches and other faith groups, and voluntary organisations. Bookings from those outside this sector may not be accepted, If you are from outside the sector or want to check if you can book a place please contact  via info@cumbriacvs.org.uk
