Evaluation Visualisation Design Tool (EViD)

Find out how to use and utilise the EViD tool for your project evaluations, and connect better with your users and stakeholders, a great starting point even if you have no experience of evaluation.

EViD is a novel project evaluation tool for exploring and designing project evaluations. It has been developed by researchers at Lancaster University and Manchester Metropolitan University and is available for free to non-profit organisations and for educational purposes. The tool can help your team work collaboratively with your partners and stakeholders to understand the different types of value your project can create; explore how you can collect and evidence value and impact; design specific evaluation activities that can be embedded into your project’s timeframe; and support your overall evaluation capacity.

At the workshop, the EViD creators will deliver an introduction to the tool, its design and functionalities, and provide guidelines on how to facilitate EViD workshops engaging others (team members, partners and stakeholders)

EViD is available both in virtual (online on miro.com) and physical (printed poster) formats.
