Connect the Connector: North/West Cumbria

This event is a co-production between Cumbria CVS Health Partnerships Team, and the GP-based Wellbeing Service in Keswick and Solway, It will bring together people who are either the first point of contact for people seeking support, or who can signpost or refer on to other services. 

We will be using scenarios and case studies to explore the routes through which people might access help, what their options might be and how their support journey might continue. 

The workshops will provide an opportunity to raise awareness of the service you work for and find out more about others’. They will also unpick any confusion or overlap between where teams operate and how they support people. 

Ultimately we want everyone to be confident supporting people to get the right help, at the right time in the right place.
