- Ability to identify and map a positive journey for a volunteer
- Understanding what a positive or negative volunteer experience is
- Reflection in your role as a Volunteer Lead and how you can lead and supportive positive volunteer journey planning and development within your organisation

We know that volunteers are pivotal in helping many local organisations deliver wide ranging support and services to local communities and individuals. The workshop sessions are designed to help you reflect and focusing on how to create a positive volunteer journey.
This workshop will last for 2.5 hours which are free for VCSE and non-profits.
You don’t have to attend all sessions, but we do encourage it if you can as each session build on previous knowledge gained.
Please note to enable as many organisations to attend places are limited to two places per organisation.
Eligibility Statement:
This course is exclusively for individuals and organizations within the voluntary sector in Cumbria, this includes charities, community groups, community interest companies, friendly societies, social clubs, many sports clubs, churches and other faith groups, and voluntary organisations.
