Environmental and sustainability policy workshop

This workshop is designed to help organisations adopt environmentally sustainable practices and understand their impact on the environment.

The Learning Objectives of the workshop are:

• Understanding what an Environmental and Sustainability Policy is
• Understanding why voluntary and community organisations should have an Environmental and Sustainability Policy in place
• Learning about Environment and Sustainability Themes of Action
• Learning how to create your own Environmental and Sustainability Policy and Action Plan

Eligibility Statement:
This course is exclusively for individuals and organizations within the voluntary sector in Cumbria, this includes charities, community groups, community interest companies, friendly societies, social clubs, many sports clubs, churches and other faith groups, and voluntary organisations.
