Business Planning for Community Organisations

This training, delivered by Priority Advice, is aimed at representatives of community organisations in Mid Copeland and South Copeland.

The session, taking place on July 14th, will teach you how to craft a business plan for your charity or social enterprise. 

Attendees will learn how to structure their business plan with all of the essential components, tailoring it to their organisation.

Our trainer, Julian Prior, is an experienced VCFSE sector professional who will provide guidance and hands-on support on the day. Attendees will leave this session with a better understanding of business planning, support that is available, as well as an outline of a business plan for their organisation.
