 is interested in the strategic issues facing the s
 ector.</p><p>At this online event\, we’ll be looki
 ng at the Devolution process\, and the manifesto t
 hat has been developed by the VCFSE in preparation
  for devolution. It’ll be a chance to become famil
 iar with the contents of the manifesto\, and to co
 nsider how we want to use it over the next year as
  we approach Mayoral elections.</p><p><strong>Elig
