  that operate and deliver services in West Cumbria
 \, as this training is part of the Bedrock Basics 
 programme\, supported by Cumbria Community Foundat

 and the legal position of volunteers and the impli
 cations of working volunteers</p><p>•             
 explore every aspect of the volunteer journey\, in
 cluding planning\, recruitment\, induction\, suppo
 rt\, and development</p><p>•             identify 
 key issues for your organisation to be aware of\, 
 and actions to take to reduce risk</p><p>•        
      consider how to use legislation to develop an
 d communicate an inclusive approach.</p><p>Please 
 note: We will not be offering legal advice during
