If your organisation is looking to recruit studen t volunteers in Carlisle you are invited to book o nto the Carlisle Volunteering Fair organised by Cu mbria CVS in partnership with Carlisle College. Se t up will begin from 10.30am and each organisation will be offered a table and chairs to promote the ir organisation and volunteering opportunities.
By attending the event students will find out more about which organisations are looking to rec ruit new volunteers\, the wide range of local volu nteering opportunities available\, when and where volunteers are needed and how to become a voluntee r.
We kindly ask that each organisation tha t attends brings displays\, posters\, leaflets\, i nformation about their organisation\, and applicat ion forms to hand out to potential volunteers. We ask organisations to attend for the full event and to talk to any individuals about:
*What you r organisation does
*Volunteering opportunit ies available
*Time commitment and when and where volunteers are needed
*How volunteers can register to become a volunteer
Please bo ok by 25 August 2026. Priority bookings will go to Cumbria CVS members and organisations on the Volu nteering in Cumbria Portal.
