We know that volunteers are pivotal in helping many local organ isations deliver wide ranging support and services to local communities and indvidiuals. The 4 sessi ons are designed to help you create a positive vol unteer journey focusing on developing a sound visi on and strategy as well as offering support around planning\, volunteer recruitment and ensuring vol unteers are supported and recognised.
The c ourse is made up of 4 sessions each lasting 2.5 ho urs which are free for VCSE and non-profits.

Join us for a session packed with tips\, tools and resources which focuses on t he importance of supporting and recognising volunt eers within your organisation. By the end of the s ession\, you will be equipped to lead and support on improving how you both recognise and support vo lunteers to ensure a positive and valued experienc e.
